Block swap

I am very new to the swap. My start date was March. I was very pleased with the communication that I had with my partner. We talked in a timely fashion and the blocks were send as per the instructions for the swap. I feel sorry that people are not doing there part for there partners. Perhaps, better communication between partners would be better.
